Delivery, returns, payment and how to reach us — the things worth checking before you place an order.
Delivery
Delivery is free to every country we ship to: the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and Australia. There are no customs duties or import taxes for you to pay on delivery.
Europe and the UK: 3–10 business days. Canada and Australia: 10–20 business days. Counted from the day you place your order.
Returns
Our returns policy sets out how to return a piece, the time limits that apply and who covers return postage.
Please read it in full before you order. If anything is unclear, ask us first — we would rather answer than have you guess.
Prices and payments
Prices and payments are in euros (EUR). If your account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Every charge is shown at checkout before payment is taken.
