We replace it, and we cover the cost — the return postage and sending the replacement. Email us your order number and a photo of the fault; a photo usually lets us approve the replacement straight away. If you would rather have a refund, just say so.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving a reason, and we refund the price you paid. Return postage is paid by you. The full returns policy explains how.

Every piece is either solid 925 sterling silver or stainless steel. The product page names the metal, and any stones or pearls, for that piece.

Put it on after perfume and lotion, and take it off to sleep or exercise. Keep each piece in its own pouch or a lined box so chains don’t tangle and stones don’t scratch. Sterling silver naturally darkens with time; a soft polishing cloth brings the shine back.
